Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear images or video proof.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Courier charges for exchanges may apply and will be borne by the customer unless the error is from Sheenseera’s side.
